Ecoworks automates financial processes with APIcenter

Ecoworks is a leading company in the ecological sector, focusing on sustainable solutions (green roofs, green facades & swimming ponds) for both individuals and businesses. Due to their rapid growth and increasing sales through various channels, managing financial data and order processing became increasingly challenging. An efficient integration between their systems was necessary to streamline their administrative processes.

The challenge

As their operations expanded, the volume of orders and financial transactions increased rapidly. Ecoworks was using AFAS as its ERP system and WooCommerce as its e-commerce platform, but without a direct integration, financial data had to be processed manually. This led to delays in order processing, errors in administration and an increasing workload for the team.

APIcenter’s solution

APIcenter implemented an efficient integration between AFAS and WooCommerce, fully automating sales order processing. This meant that as soon as a customer places an order in the webshop, it is immediately processed in AFAS, without the need for manual input.
