The challenge

Countrywood uses CCV Shop as its web shop platform and ActiveCampaign for marketing automation. Because there was no direct integration between these systems, data from orders had to be manually processed and transferred to ActiveCampaign. This meant that customer data was not always up-to-date and marketing campaigns could not be as targeted.

The lack of an automatic integration meant Countrywood could not optimally respond to customer purchase behavior. The challenge was to make the data from CCV Shop directly usable within ActiveCampaign, enabling automated and personalized marketing.

APIcenter implemented a direct integration between CCV Shop and ActiveCampaign, making order data automatically available in ActiveCampaign. Once a customer places an order, the relevant data is forwarded directly to ActiveCampaign, where it can be used for marketing automation.
