The Challenge

With the expansion of both physical stores and online sales channels, EP:Tummers faced the challenge of efficiently synchronizing their inventory management, product information and sales orders between e-commerce platform Shopify and Valk Solutions’ Aspos POS system. The lack of an integrated solution led to time-consuming manual processes, increased risk of errors and limited visibility of real-time inventory.

The APIcenter Solution
