On Wednesday, Feb. 9, the annual Visma Partner Awards ceremony took place. For the third time in a row, the Partner of the Year Award went to eServiceware. Arch-IT won both the Customer Success Award and the award for Project of the Year. ISV Partner of the Year was APIcenter. Individual prizes were for Rob Mutsaers of eServiceware and Marvin van der Sprong of About Software. They won the Account Manager and Consultant of the Year Award, respectively.
Richard Scheper, Managing Director Visma Software went on tour this year, assisted by spectacular performances by the Sign Jugglers, to personally present the awards and share highlights from the jury report.
Hat-trick for eServiceware
The consistently good performance of this Rotterdam-based partner was rewarded for the third time with the Partner of the Year Award. The team is very knowledgeable and dedicated, which pays off in both customer retention and new business. eServiceware achieved the highest revenue for Visma.net in 2021.
Arch-IT awarded twice
The Customer Success Award went to Arch-IT. This partner invests a lot in working with clients, both in new trajectories but also in subsequent years. This results in en low churn, high customer satisfaction and customers eager to act as ambassadors for Visma.net ERP.
Arch-IT’s entry for a new award, that for Project of the Year, was awarded an 8.7 by a nine-member panel of judges. Through an easy-to-use online marketplace, Arch-IT has made various add-ons centrally available to users of Visma.net ERP. These are quickly and easily activated in the software. Examples of add-ons include connectors for Excel, PowerBI, Proactive and FuneralView, as well as an extension for auditfile on the German market can be quickly activated.
ISV Partner of the Year: APIcenter
In 2021, APIcenter delivered a connector with accounting software Visma eAccounting and Visma.net. This smart wizard responds to the self-service needs of small business owners and allows a web shop or crm system to be linked to Visma eAccounting in just a few steps. In addition, APIcenter is the first integration partner to use the new logistics API endpoints within Visma eAccounting.
Individual awards
As owner of About Software, Marvin van der Sprong has been active as a consultant for Visma software for many years. He is always willing to be ahead of the curve and quickly embrace innovations and product features. He shares his extensive knowledge through customer sessions and by playing an active role in the Visma.net customer community.
The Account Manager of the Year Award went, as it did two years ago, to Rob Mutsaers of eServiceware. With the highest number of new contracts and new business in 2021, his valuable contributions in devising new approaches or jointly creating campaigns, Rob is a major contributor to the success of Visma.net ERP.
More than selling software

It’s about much more than selling software.’
