We are looking for

An experienced customer service representative. At least 2 years of experience with API integrations. You will be further trained by us to become a Customer Success Manager.

You are responsible for:

  • The onboarding of our clients on APIcenter
  • Proactively identifying any issues
  • Optimizing the customer experience on APIcenter
  • Helping new customers and partner in the customer journey

You have experience with:

  • Working with or having an affinity for API integrations
  • Working with ERP systems
  • Working in a customer success environment
