We are looking for
An experienced customer service representative. At least 2 years of experience with API integrations. You will be further trained by us to become a Customer Success Manager.
You are responsible for:
- The onboarding of our clients on APIcenter
- Proactively identifying any issues
- Optimizing the customer experience on APIcenter
- Helping new customers and partner in the customer journey
You have experience with:
- Working with or having an affinity for API integrations
- Working with ERP systems
- Working in a customer success environment
