What data supports
APIcenter?
Predefined data sets (flows) which
are adaptable or expandable as desired.
Orders
Orders from webshops, point of sale systems, ERP systems and more are retrieved by APIcenter. The order is then sent to the target system. Depending on the system, this can be as an order, invoice, financial transaction, quotation or other.
- Customer data
- Order lines
- Stock mutations
- Creating the customers (based on e-mail address)
- Or add the order on existing customer
- Orders are updated every 5 minutes
Products
Products are retrieved from the source system, such as an ERP system. Then the products are created or updated in the target system, such as a webshop, marketplace, point of sale or a PIM system.
- Set which product info is being updated
- Create or update products
- Support for variants (depending on the application)
- Includes images (depending on the application)
- Products are updated every 5 minutes
- Transforming fields in APIcenter, e.g. price
Stock
Stock changes are retrieved from the source system, such as an ERP system or a cash register. If new stock has come in or something has been sold in the source system, APIcenter shoots the new stock to the target system, such as the web shop.
- This flow runs independently of the product flow
- Which stock, such as economic stock, free stock and such, is configurable in APIcenter
- Stock is updated every 5 minutes
Customers
Do you want to transfer customers from a source system such as a web shop to a target system such as an ERP system independent on the order flow? Then you can use this flow.
- Transfer customers when creating a customer
- Customers are created, the linking pin is the email address
- Or customers are updated when they already exist
- Customers are updated every 5 minutes
- Independent of order flow, so a customer does not have to have purchased anything before it is created
B2B pricing
When using price lists where you want to synchronize product prices at the customer group level, then use this flow.
- B2B pricing is retrieved from the source system
- Every 5 minutes, B2B prices are synchronized
- This flow is only available on some applications, check the integrations for this
- Prices are send into the target system at the customer group level (not customer specific)
Shipping
This flow can be used when you want to update the status in the target system when sending an order and immediately send the Track & Trace code along.
- Retrieves shipping information from the source system
- Sends shipping information, when available including Track & Trace code to target system and adjusts the status
- This flow is only available on some applications, check the integrations for this
