Salesforce + CCV Shop Integration


Orders can be synced from CCV Shop to CCV Shop.


You can determine what stage of the orders you want to retrieve.


Once APIcenter retrieves the order data it is processed, missing data is added and we start the send process towards Target. The way [Target] works is that we send the order including customer data towards CCV Shop, if the customer is not present the customer will be created automatically. If the customer does exist we update the customer.


We can create orders, invoices or financial mutations


Per default we offer functionality to make specific mappings like payment terms and methods.

Do you want to make use of a default debtor? This is also per default available in APIcenter.


Per default APIcenter supplies a mapping that makes sure you can send an order towards Salesforce. You can also make adjustments to this yourself.

Default fields that are mapped are for example:

  • Customer Name
  • Billing address street
  • Number
  • Postalcode
  • City
  • Country
  • Shipping address street
  • Number
  • Postalcode
  • City
  • Country
  • Quantity
  • Price


Products are synced from CCV Shop to CCV Shop. Within this sync we can create or update products. APIcenter gathers the data from Silvasoft, then it is run through the APIcenter to have the correct settings, values and formats before it is send to CCV Shop. Products are created or updated based on the SKU or EAN.

We can create Simple or Variant Articles

You can map extra fields that are available in the API. For a default working integrations we already mapped the basic fields that are needed; for example


  • Name/Title
  • SKU
  • Long Description
  • Short Description
  • Price excl. tax or incl. tax
  • Quantity
  • Currency


Stock is synced from CCV Shop to CCV Shop.


Different types of stock calculations are supported. By default the available stock - sales reservations is send.

You can set the value towards target system if you want to have the stock managed or not.

For setting up a successful integration between Silvasoft and Shopware you need to have credentials for both systems.

Please be aware that for Silvasoft a API limit is in place. You can upgrade your limit within Silvasoft.

The integration is set up by a partner of APIcenter. Create a free account and select an APIcenter partner who will set up the integration for you. After consultation with the partner, the partner sets the API data for both systems. The desired flows are then set up and fully configured. Advanced settings are also set and the partner thinks along about the optimal use of the integrations. After a thorough test phase, the integration will go live in consultation.
