Process
You can set the status on which orders are sent, for example only paid orders.
Once APIcenter receives the order data is retrieved, it is processed and missing data (e.g. Store ID) is added and the shipping process (sendOrder) is started.
First, APIcenter checks whether the order already exists; if so, we'll skip this one. If the order does not exist, APIcenter checks whether the customer exists and depending on the result, the customer is created or updated. APIcenter checks whether all products exist and then the order is processed.
APIcenter makes a distinction in creating customers based on the source data received. When APIcenter receives a company name, a business debtor is created with the corresponding contact details. If there is no company name, a private debtor is created.
The existence of a customer is checked on the basis of the e-mail address.
Order types
ODOO supports quotations and orders or vice versa, an order is created in Magento.

By default we offer the functionality to create specific mappings, such as payment terms and methods from Magento 2 to ODOO.
Do you want to use a standard debtor? This is also available as standard in APIcenter.
Datamapper
By default, APIcenter provides a mapping that ensures that you can send an order to ODOO. You can also adjust this yourself.
Standard fields that are mapped are, for example:
- Customer name
- Billing address: Street name
- House number
- Zip code
- City
- Country
- Shipping address: Street name
- House number
- Zip code
- City
- Country
- SKU/EAN
- Quantity/Quantity
- Price
Process
Products can be synchronized from ODOO to Magento or vice versa. Various types of products are supported within this synchronization. APIcenter collects the data from ODOO, and ensures that it has the correct settings, values and formats before sending it to Magento 2. Products are created or updated based on the SKU/EAN.
You can distinguish between creating and updating products within APIcenter. For example, when APIcenter creates a product and sends the long description of ODOO, you don't want it to be overwritten with an update if you subsequently enrich the data in Magento 2. To do this, you can select a checkbox to update the product information.
Product types
Product types that are supported: simple products, variants and configurable products.
Attributes
In addition to the standard and custom fields of [ source], attributes of ODOO are also supported. These must be manually mapped in APIcenter.
Attributes are used to create configurable products, such as size/color/options. Attributes are used as additional information, such as country of origin, type, delivery time, etc.
Categories
Categories can be created or updated from ODOO to Magento 2.
Images
Images are supported from ODOO to Magento 2. Please note that ODOO only supports 1 image.
Datamapper
You can map additional fields that are available in the API. For a standard working connection, we have already mapped the basic fields that are needed, such as:
- Name/Title
- SKU/EAN
- Long description
- Short description
- Price incl. or excl. VAT
- Quantity
- GTIN
- li>
- Currency
Process
Inventory is synced from ODOO to Magento.
Settings
Different types of inventory calculations are supported. By default, the available stock minus the reserved sales is sent.
You can set the value to the target system if you want to manage the stock or not.

Customers can be synchronized from ODOO to Magento 2.

Customers are also created via the order flow, the customer flow is not necessary for this, but when you If you want to synchronize customers between different systems, you use this flow.
