Faire + Winstore Integration
Orders can be synchronized from Faire to Winstore.
Process
You can set the status at which orders are sent, for example only paid orders.
Once APIcenter retrieves the order data, they are processed and missing data (for example administration ID) are added and the shipping process (sendOrder) is started.
First, APIcenter checks whether the order already exists; if so, we'll skip this one. If the order does not exist, APIcenter checks whether the customer exists and depending on the result, the customer is created or updated. APIcenter checks whether all products exist and then the order is processed.
APIcenter makes a distinction in creating customers based on the source data received. When APIcenter receives a company name, a business debtor is created with the corresponding contact details. If there is no company name, a private debtor is created.
The existence of a customer is checked on the basis of the e-mail address.

By default we offer the functionality to create specific mappings such as payment terms and methods from Winstore to Faire.
Do you want to use a standard debtor? This is also available as standard in APIcenter.
Datamapper
By default, APIcenter provides a mapping that ensures that you can send an order to Faire. You can also adjust this yourself.
Standard fields that are mapped are, for example:
- Customer name
- Billing address: Street name
- House number
- Zip code
- City
- Country
- Shipping address: Street name
- House number
- Zip code
- City
- Country
- SKU/EAN
- Quantity/Quantity
- Price
Process
Products are synchronized from Winstore to Faire. Various types of products are supported within this synchronization. APIcenter collects the data from Winstore and ensures that it has the correct settings, values and formats before sending it to Faire. Products are created or updated based on the SKU/EAN.
You can distinguish between creating and updating products within APIcenter. For example, when APIcenter creates a product and sends the long description of Faire, you don't want it to be overwritten with an update if you have enriched the data in Faire. To do this, you can select a checkbox to update the product information.
Product types
Product types that are supported: simple products and variants.
Attributes
In addition to the standard and custom fields of Faire, attributes from Faire are also supported. These must be manually mapped in APIcenter.
Attributes are used to create configurable products, such as size/color/options. Attributes are used as additional information, such as country of origin, type, delivery time, etc.
Categories
Categories can be created or updated from Faire to Winstore.
Images
Images are supported from Faire to Winstore.
Data Mapper
You can map additional fields available in the API. For a standard working connection, we have already mapped the basic fields that are needed, such as:
- Name/Title
- SKU/EAN
- Long description
- Short description
- Price incl. or excl. VAT
- Quantity
- GTIN
- li>
- Currency
Process
Inventory is synchronized from Winstore to Faire.
Settings
Different types of inventory calculations are supported. By default, the available stock minus the reserved sales is sent.
You can set the value to the target system if you want to manage the stock or not.

How APIcenter

APIcenter is a platform where you can set up an integration yourself. But how does this work? By registering you will enter the dashboard. Here you can “connect” your different systems together. You add your systems/applications first. Then you generally indicate what you want to link, for example products or orders. In the next step you will be asked what your specific wishes are. When that is filled in, you are done and you can test whether everything works as you wish! It can be that simple.

The Faire and Winstore integration is very easy to setup with the APIcenter installation assistant. Simply create a free account and start the installation assistant. You will be asked which integrations you'd like to add. Simply select Faire and Winstore .
- Add the API credentials for both applications. We will walk you trough it.
- Add the flows you'd like to add, like orders, products and stock.
- Then add some settings per your needs and answer some questions to setup the integration properly.
- Finally pay 1 euro for the trial period. When you are happy with the integration you can decide to go for a paid subscription.
