MijnWebwinkel + Bol.com Integration
Orders can be synced from Bol.com to MijnWebwinkel .
You can determine what type of orders you want to retrieve,Fullfillment by Bol(FBB), Fullfillment by retailer(FBR) or both. You can also add different warehouses to these ordertypes.
Once APIcenter retrieves the order data it is processed, add missing data and start the send process towards. First APIcenter checks if the order already exists, if it exists we skip the order. If it does not exists APIcenter checks if the customer exists and depending on the outcome create or update the customer. APIcenter checks if all products exist and then the order is committed.
APIcenter differentiates in creating the customer based upon the source data received. If APIcenter receives from the source a company name then a company debtor is created with the underlying contact. If there is no company then a person debtor is created.
The check on customer exists is done per default by email address.
We create per default a order.
Within APIcenter you can set specific settings that are mandatory for the applications, in case of Bol.com you need to determine what ordertype you want to retrieve. For a complete overview please check the documentation.
Standard we offer functionality to make specific mappings like payment terms and methods.
Do you want to make use of a default debtor? This is also per default available in APIcenter.
Per default APIcenter supplies a mapping that makes sure you can send an order towards MijnWebwinkel. You can also make adjustments to this yourself.
Default fields that are mapped are for example:
- Customer Name
- Billing address street
- Shipping address street
Products are synced from MijnWebwinkel to Bol.com. Within this sync we can create or update products. APIcenter gathers the data from MijnWebwinkel, then it is run through the APIcenter to have the correct settings, values and formats before it is send to Bol.com. Products are created or updated based on the SKU or EAN.
If you want to adjust the prices, to include for example shippingcost for Bol.com you can add a businessrule for this.

You can map extra fields that are available in the API. For a default working integrations we already mapped the basic fields that are needed; for example

- Price excl. tax or incl. tax
Stock is synced from MijnWebwinkel to Bol.com. It is possible to do this the other way around, this is mainly used to keep the stock for FBR in sync between several systems.
Different types of stock calculations are supported. By default the available stock - sales reservations is send.
You can set the value towards target system if you want to have the stock managed or not.
For setting up a successful integration between MijnWebinkel and Bol.com you need to have credentials for both systems.
Within MijnWebwinkel you need to select us as the partner in the integrations screen and copy the token provided by MijnWebwinkel

The integration is set up by a partner of APIcenter. Create a free account and select an APIcenter partner who will set up the integration for you. After consultation with the partner, the partner sets the API data for both systems. The desired flows are then set up and fully configured. Advanced settings are also set and the partner thinks along about the optimal use of the integrations. After a thorough test phase, the integration will go live in consultation.
